St Lukes Retail Centre
The St Lukes Retail Centre is located in Auckland’s suburb of Mt Albert, approximately 5 kilometres south west of Aucklands CBD. It is located opposite the large Westfield St Luke’s shopping centre and consists of multiple mini centres including 1 Wagener Place, 2 Wagener Place, 7 Wagener Place and 61 St Lukes Road.
The Centre comprises of mainly bulk retail with anchor tenants at each site such as The Warehouse, Noel Leeming and City Fitness. Managed by Attune Asset Management, these sites have become a hub for shoppers from both local and afar.
Kingsland Development
The Kingsland Development project was originally purchased in preparation for the future. This site is considered a development site and has plenty of future potential. Originally considered an industrial zone and partly an old timber milling yard, 6 Morningside Drive, 10 Morningside Drive and 20 McDonald Street now are fully refurbished and tenanted by some of New Zealand’s leading brands such as Carpet Court, Anytime Fitness and also local business Poynters, Crave Cafe and many other small businesses.
This site is managed by Attune Asset Management and is considered a prime location in an area with plenty of history but also an exciting future.

Our industrial portfolio currently consists of 2 large sites, the Kawana Street complex and 59 Mahunga Drive. Both carefully managed by Attune Asset Management.
The Kawana Street complex consists of multiple addresses, 7-11 Kawana Street, 17-21 Kawana St, 24 Kawana Street and 49 Woodside Avenue, hosting a mix of tenancies including office, industrial, warehousing and manufacturing. This site has plenty of history and has always been a hub of Northcote’s businesses.
Our other site is 59 Mahunga Drive. This was recently purchased in 2020 and has a single tenant using the space combined for office and warehouse/manufacturing. It is located in Mangere’s industrial hub which is a well known area only 7km from Auckland International Airport.
